Where practical, unnecessary personal information should be removed from project materials before it is provided to us.

We also aim to avoid submitting unnecessary personal information to AI services.

• Avoid giving us passwords used for unrelated accounts;

• Enable available account security protections;
• Avoid providing credentials that are not necessary for the project; and
• Contact us if access needs to be changed or revoked during the project.

17. Passwords After Project Completion

We do not retain customers' passwords after the project is complete.

Once the project has been completed and the relevant account access is no longer required, passwords or login credentials retained on our end will be deleted.

Customers should also take their own security precautions immediately after the project has been completed.

We strongly recommend that customers:

• Change passwords that were provided to us during the project;
• Revoke our access to accounts that we no longer need to access;
• Remove any temporary user accounts or permissions created for us;
• Review authorised users and connected applications;
• Revoke unnecessary sessions, tokens, permissions, or integrations; and
• Enable or update two-factor authentication or other security protections where available.

Deleting passwords on our end does not automatically remove access that may have been separately granted through an account's user, administrator, application, integration, or permission settings.

Customers are therefore responsible for changing passwords and revoking access after project completion where appropriate.

18. Passwords and Retained Project Files

Passwords and account credentials are treated separately from completed project files.

Although we may retain certain completed project files for legitimate support, revision, accounting, business, or legal purposes, we do not intentionally retain customer passwords as part of those completed project files after the project is complete.

Customers should avoid including passwords directly inside documents, ebooks, notes, images, or other files that are intended to become part of the permanent project record.

If a password or other login credential appears in a project file that would otherwise be retained, we will remove the credential from the retained copy or delete that copy once the credential is no longer required.

19. Data Security

We take reasonable administrative, organisational, and technical measures intended to protect personal data in our possession or under our control against risks such as:

• Unauthorised collection;

Customer passwords are not retained after the project is complete.

Once access is no longer necessary following project completion, passwords or login credentials retained on our end will be deleted.

Customers should change passwords and revoke our access following completion of their project.

Completed Project Files

We may retain completed project files and associated customer project information where reasonably necessary to:

• Provide revisions;
• Provide customer support;
• Maintain records of work completed;
• Resolve disputes;
• Maintain accounting or tax records;
• Meet legal or regulatory requirements; or
• Establish, exercise, or defend legal rights.

Retention of project files does not mean that passwords should continue to be retained.
