Since these three services — ebook creation, website creation, and website promotion (driving targeted traffic) — are provided together as a complete service package and require a significant investment of time and effort, our refund policy depends on whether work on your project has started.
If you cancel your project before we have started work, you will be eligible for a full refund. Once work has started, payments are non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. The time required for the refund to appear may depend on the payment provider or financial institution.
Work is considered to have started once we begin any research, planning, writing, design, website development, setup, promotion preparation, or other work related to your project.
We will provide reasonable project updates as work progresses.
We will provide reasonable revisions during the project, provided that the requested revisions remain within the originally agreed scope. Revisions do not include creating a completely different ebook or rebuilding the website from scratch based on a new concept, topic, or scope.
Customers must submit revision requests within 7 calendar days of receiving the relevant deliverable. If no revision request is received within that period, the deliverable will be considered approved.
Once the final ebook and live website have been delivered and either approved or deemed approved after the applicable 7-calendar-day revision period, no further revisions to the ebook or website will be included.
We aim to complete the project within approximately 6-9 weeks, depending on the scope of your project, the complexity of your ebook and website, and the revisions required.

We take the time needed to complete each stage carefully rather than rushing the project simply to meet a short turnaround time.
Delays caused by the client — for example, failing to provide information, approvals, feedback, domain credentials, or other required materials — can extend the timeline.
We cannot guarantee that you will make sales, earn income, make a profit, recover your investment, achieve a particular conversion rate, receive a specific amount of traffic, or achieve any particular business result.
Business results depend on many factors outside our control.
